How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, visit the Contact tab on our website and fill out the return form. You can also contact us directly via email for assistance.

Return Conditions

  • Eligibility Period: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the order shipment date.
  • Item Condition: Returned items must be:
    • Unworn and unwashed.
    • Accompanied by their original tags, still attached.
    • Shipped back in the original Project 25 shipping bag.
  • Disqualifying Factors: Returns will not be accepted if:
    • Items are torn or damaged.
    • Items are not in their original packaging.

Refund Process

If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
